"I'm giving my State Farm agent 5 starts because she has worked her best to resolve issues I had this past few weeks regarding roadside assistance that totally was a mess. To clarify, State Farm contracts out to towing companies, but the problem started on the State Farm app. When I tried to get their toll free number on the call, it just took me round and round in circles, finally got someone who couldn't fix the problem even though I verified my telephone number so the texts would come to me, they were still going to my daughter in BALI!!! Almost an hour and 3 phone calls later, they still had it all messed up. I finally called my own towing company and he was there within the hour to get my truck. So, State Farm never fixed the issue BUT, Yan worked on behalf like a stellar star and got them to approve the reimbursement. I've complained, and no apologies for this part, to Yan because my insurance rates have almost doubled, and I'm super upset about paying insurance rates for all those thousands and thousands who refuse to get insurance. There's nothing she can do about it, but she responds to my complaints/venting with a gracious heart. Now, if the State Farm app could be improved my life would be better. LOL!"
